today is a tough day
I feel overloaded

I'm still doing the fibromyalgia thing. 
Last Thursday I had an intake appointment at a (my) chronic pain clinic.  Based on what they knew of me, that morning, within an hour of my appointment, I had a procedure to inject steroids into my lumbar spine which was considered outpatient surgery.  The procedure itself ( Read more... )
